Services Around the Smart Card
Services around the smart card encompass the whole supply chain from the end user's order entry to delivery of the personalised card to the consumer.
A major part of our offering is customized; starting from value-added packaging, kitting, and bundling together with accessories, through to inventory management and reverse logistics/ returns management. We offer web-based order entry and online interfaces for inquiries by our customers as well as general information management and secure data management. Extended service activities such as the configuration of terminals with customized software (software installations in-house and downloads over the air), content and applications, serial number registration and evaluation, and ICCID retrieval.
Supply Chain Improvement
For extending market share or even retaining it, competition is forcing network operators and banks to reduce their prices. For this reason, there is a huge interest in the optimization and acceleration of workflows, with an accompanying reduction of cost.
